Ordering with us is simple and stress-free.

Step 1: Reach Out

Contact Mayka by email (see our contact page) or message her directly on Instagram. Share the product you’re interested in, your wedding date, and a photo of your dress.

Step 2: Personal Consultation

Mayka will go all out to provide you with the most thoughtful consultation. If you need a specific type of lace, she will search the world to find it for you.

Step 3: Options Available

Pre-Made Veils: We offer select imported veils ready to purchase with no wait.

Custom Work & Redesigns: For bespoke veils or heirloom redesigns, Mayka will keep you updated throughout the entire process to ensure everything stays on track with your vision. It normally takes 1-6 months to make depends on the supplies. 

Step 4: Delivery or Pickup

Mayka is located in Mansfield, MA. You are welcome to pick up your order in person, or we can ship across the U.S. (shipping fees are the client’s responsibility).

Step 5: Pricing & Payment

A 50% deposit is required for all custom work. Pricing is determined based on the specific item and consultation details.

Step 6: Final Sale Policy

All sales are final. Once your product is picked up or delivered, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
